Working together with my teammate Jenny Gallo, we assisted the Gestión Integral team, and the Quality team, basically in two proyects:
The first one consisted in re-evaluating the check-in area at the International Airport El Dorado, at Bogotá-Colombia. We gave some ideas, in addition to their ideas, about how the space distribution should be and how the check-in process could be more efficient.

The second one consisted in re-designing the instructions guides for the waiting rooms' personnel, in order to make the boarding process more efficiente and more comfortable. As it happened with the first project, we gave our ideas in adition to their own ones.
